Product Description

ØOur company SC series construction elevators are divided into three drives and two drives per the transmission mode; also general line frequency control, PLC programmable control and frequency conversion control (line frequency/frequency conversion control) per the control mode. The general line frequency running speed is 33m/min; the variable frequency running speed is divided into 0-40m/min, 0-54m/min, 0-63m/min, 0-75m/min, 0-120m/min.
ØThe cross section dimensions of the hoist guide rail(mast section) are: 450×450mm, 650×650mm, 650×900mm, 800×800mm, and the height is all 1508mm;
ØThe construction hoist cage dimensions are: 1.8m×1.35m×2.2m, 3m×1.5m×2.4m,3.2m×1.5m×2.4m, 3.2m×1.7m×2.4m,4.5m×1.6m×2.6m 
ØSC series construction hoist gear rack-and-pinion transmission adopts advanced technology from home and abroad. After years of introduction, absorption and re-innovation, the design is novel, the structure is reasonable, the operation is simple, the assembly and disassembly is convenient, the appearance is beautiful, and the work is safe and reliable.
ØThe main structural parts of mast section are made of Q345B material, and the structural parts are adopt mixed gas protection welding technology. The weld seams are beautiful in appearance and quality, and improve the service life of the equipment. Each part is shot blasting and then sprayed; the mast section can be hot galvanized for good corrosion resistance. At the same time, it has good low temperature resistance and reaches minus 40 °C.
